Development Products

We distinguish two levels of housing development:

• Plot development: Fully serviced plots to be sold to individual buyers. Buyers will have to comply with standard instructions for their housing development.
• Project development: Detached and semi-detached housing developed by VRI Imobiliaria in a condominium setting offered at fixed market prices.
